Reuven is taking a trip to Eretz Yisroel. His friend, Shimon, asks him to please purchase some mezuzos for him from a sofer in Yerushalaim. When Reuven returns to America with the mezuzos , Shimon tells him that he changed his mind and bought mezuzos from a sofer in America instead. Does Shimon have to pay Reuven for the mezuzos that he bought on his behalf?

What happens if someone purchased an item through an invalid shliach , such as a koton ? Would the concept of “ shlucho shel odom k’moso ” exist?

Yechezkel wanted to go to Eretz Yisroel for Sukkos and he asked his friend, Mordechai, to find him an apartment. He told him that he will pay $7,000 for a good apartment. Mordechai finds a perfect apartment for $9,000 and rents it for him. When he informs Yechezkel about this, Yechezkel says that this isn’t what he asked for and he doesn’t agree to rent that apartment. Was what Mordechai did a valid shlichus ?

In the last segment, we discussed a case where a shliach did not follow his instructions and said that the transaction is not valid. In the case discussed, where the shliach rented an apartment on behalf of the meshalayach that he did not want, does the shliach have any liability to the owner of the apartment who is going to lose his renter because of his actions?
